Although we're still in our early days, we have a growing number of exciting collaborations with local food innovators across our region. See some of their stories below!

Impact vs. Profit
Boston, Massachusetts

Green City Growers' purpose is to provide inspiring shared experiences to connect and educate people to grow food sustainably. They’re innovators in an emerging industry called “farming as a service”. They design, install and maintain raised garden beds, in-ground farms, hydroponic growing operations, and more in all sorts of settings – from schools to corporate offices…even at Fenway Park in Boston.

Why is Good Food So Expensive?

In the face of the headwinds created by global and national food systems, it often falls on local communities (through for-profits and non-profits alike) to intervene on behalf of those facing food insecurity and hunger – and we want to be intentional with our support of those types of projects.

Shizu Okusa, Apothékary
Lorton, VA

Apothékary is “Mother Nature’s farmacy”. They’re an emerging plant medicine company offering clean, unadulterated herbal alternatives to the over-the-counter supplements and quick fixes, which are often ridden with synthetic ingredients and additives.
