ARTICLE OVERVIEW

Debit cards typically take about two weeks to arrive. Here are three ways to order one.

Debit cards typically take about 2 weeks to arrive at your address. However, the exact date is affected by the speed of delivery from the United States Postal Service.

There are 3 ways to order a debit card:

In Online Banking

Go to Communications > Account Service Requests > Order Debit Card. You can also send us a message requesting one by going to Communications > Message Center. Once the debit card has been ordered, we’ll update you through the Message Center of online banking.

By Phone

Give us a call at (603) 227-6801 Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm EST, and speak to a member of our Partner Experience team.

The Original New Account Email

When your account was approved, you should have received 2 emails from us. One of them has a big yellow button that says “Register for Online Banking”. Following that link will bring you to a menu of services that we offer, including ordering a debit card or adding a joint owner.

Some Things To Remember About Ordering Debit Cards

The first debit card per checking account is free, but lost or stolen debit cards will have the cost of creating the replacement card deducted from the account. Replacement cards come in two materials, metal ($30 to replace) and plastic ($5 to replace).

New debit card requests must be made through online banking or by phone. We’re unable to order cards from an emailed request as a matter of security.

What To Do If You Haven’t Received Your Debit Card After Two Weeks

If your debit card hasn’t arrived in 2 weeks, it’s a good idea to check if you have the correct address on file.

If 3 weeks after the card still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us either by phone or online banking to request a new one be sent.
