Account Closure & Deletion

Need to close your account, and request the deletion of your data? Here are 3 easy steps:

  1. Email us at partners@waldenmutual.com, message us securely within online banking (including our mobile app - Walden Mutual Mobile Banking), or call us at (603) 227-6801 to request that your account be closed. We're available from 8AM-4PM ET Monday through Friday. We'll need to confirm your identity before we can proceed with closing your account. We can generally complete the closure process on the same business day that we receive the request.
  2. Once closed, we'll maintain your access to online banking for at least 90 days. That will preserve your access to bank statements and other records that you may need.
  3. To satisfy standard regulatory requirements, we're required to maintain records of our relationship with you for extended periods. If you need to know the particular retention period that applies to your account and associated data, call or email us and we can provide an answer tailored to your situation.
