Commercial Portfolio Manager
BACK TO LIST OFPOSTINGS
We are developing deeper connections between communities and their food systems, and powering the revival of local, sustainable food. We accept deposits from individuals and businesses who want to drive positive and lasting change with their savings. We lend those funds to impact-oriented farms, food businesses, and other sustainability-focused organizations. The word “mutual” in our name means cooperative; we are governed by our depositors, funded by those with a bias towards the long-term, and engineered to endure the test of time. Building bridges is core to who we are, with the ultimate aim of building a more vibrant, sustainable and inclusive local food system.
As Walden’s Commercial Portfolio Manager, you will be the linchpin in steering the growth and excellence of our commercial loan portfolio. Your days will be a dynamic blend of strategic oversight, financial analysis, and client engagement. You’ll partner closely with Commercial Lenders, our Partner Experience team, and Credit department to drive portfolio success, optimize revenue, and ensure top-notch credit quality.
Your mission? To manage and elevate both our large commercial accounts and a thriving small business portfolio. With your strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving, you’ll navigate the complexities of loan management and champion innovative financial solutions.
If you’re a financial strategist with a passion for portfolio management and a flair for building lasting business relationships, we’d love for you to bring your expertise to our team. This role will play a huge part in helping us chase our mission of affecting positive and lasting change in our local food ecosystem.
